Today I looked forth at the flaring sun
For it reminded of your burning courage
Then I looked next at little mercury
Because you taught me the beauty of small things

Tonight I focused on Venus
Since she blessed us with love
As I quietly listened to the Earth
Thankful for allowing us to find each other

Now I stared widely at Mars
Seeing a reflection of your face
Before looking on at Jupiter
Catching a tiny glimmer of your smile

The next day I move forth to Saturn
Its ring reminded of the bond that we formed
Continuing onwards I saw Uranus
Who seem to have as much strength as you

After I gazed into the deep eyes of Neptune
I felt as they were yours that I stared into
Then I halted at site of icy Pluto
Glowing through the darkness as your aura once did
